1. Ordering
We only manufacture covers based on a firm order placed on our website, https://seatsstudio.com. Once we have reviewed your order, a Seats Studio representative will contact you to clarify any details and to confirm the order.
To choose the appropriate template for the seat covers, we may need pictures of your car’s interior. This is because different car models may have variations in their seat and bench seat configurations.
For convenience, we prefer those photos to be sent to WhatsApp or by e-mail at contact [at] seatsstudio.com, specifying the car’s make, model and year of manufacture.
2. Lead time
The lead time of the covers ordered is between 15-20 business days. It is determined by the number of orders already on the flow with a contingency period of at least ten additional working days to cover the delays caused by a possible failure of the equipment, temporary lack of materials, peak season, legal holidays, etc. Customers will be notified when a significant issue arises that may cause a long delay, communicating the possibility of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.
We value all customers and orders, regardless of size or value, and we cannot prioritize one order over another. For this reason, we do not take preferential or “emergency” orders.
3. Delivery of car seat covers
We work with trusted courier companies operating in the EU, UK, and locally to ensure timely delivery. However, there may be instances when delivery delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as busy periods, holidays, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Under these circumstances, you will be contacted and informed of the estimated delay time and the reasons for the delay.
4. Warranty
Our covers are crafted to fit the exact specifications of your car model and go through a rigorous quality control process to ensure the utmost quality.
The commercial warranty for the ordered covers is two years, commencing on the day of delivery by the courier company.
It is important to be aware that our warranty does not cover accidental damage, abuse, clothing stains, damage caused by the use of cleaning agents (solvents, abrasives, polishing agents), excessive use, or damage due to incorrect installation.
5. Returning products and reimbursing their value
Our covers are custom-made based on your specifications.
We assure you of the quality of the materials and the precision of the covers’ fit to your car seats. However, please be sure that the information you provide is correct, including the selection of colours, materials, and details of the car seats and equipment.
If from a human error, the product was wrongly cut or if there is any hidden vice of the material, we will repair the product, or we will deliver a new set of car seat covers with no extra charge from you. In case of a valid complaint, we will repair the defect or provide a replacement for the defective product or parts within a maximum of 30 business days, counting from the day the returned item is received in our facility.
Complaints must be verified and supported by photographic evidence to assess any discrepancies accurately.
Photos are the best way to identify a potential issue and help us assist you most effectively. Please take photographs of the seat covers installed by you, showcasing any discrepancies or mismatches, and photographs of the seat without the covers installed.
Note: Please note that incorrect installation of the covers can result in an incorrect match.
Because the covers are custom-made products based on the customer’s specifications, reimbursement of their value is not possible.
6. Product compliance
We do our best to make the description and product specifications as accurate as possible. However, this site’s product specifications and descriptions are intended to provide just a general idea. While we try to reproduce the colors of the materials as much as we can, we cannot accept any responsibility for the color variation caused by the browser software or the device used. Customers are encouraged to request material samples if color matching is essential.
7. Mounting of the covers
The mounting of the covers we provide is not a difficult task, but it has to be done carefully so that, in the end, you enjoy a perfect fit and a perfect match on the seats of your car.
Mounting time can take between 30-180 minutes, depending on the number of seats in the car, the number of parts to be fitted, and the skill of the persons performing the activity.
Seats do not have to be taken out. All the operation is performed on the fixed positions. There are situations when certain parts of the seats have to be dismantled (headrests, armrests, seat or backrests).
Depending on the car model, the covers may have two or three fastening systems to prevent slipping and provide the best seat fit, using elastic strips, cords and Velcro strips.
Seats Studio does not accept and does not recommend that the covers be mounted on the seats by a third party. Customers using a third-party service will do so at their expense and risk.
We recommend using protective equipment during the installation of car seat covers and the observance of safety regulations.
Seats Studio disclaims any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from installing or using seat covers. Customers are responsible for installing and using seat covers at their own risk.
8. Payment
To make the payment, you will receive a pro forma invoice outlining the payment amount.
Payment can be made via secure banking transfer or credit/debit card payment platforms like Stripe and PayPal.
All payments are processed with the utmost security and discretion.
We never store your card information on our site. Instead, it is securely entered on a compliant server of Stripe or PayPal. Whether you pay by card with Stripe or via a PayPal account, you can rest assured that Stripe or PayPal will process your payment details safely and securely, allowing you to complete your transaction confidently.
Making a payment means implicitly accepting the terms and conditions presented here.
The covers enter into the manufacturing process only after the payment confirmation.
